TASTING NOTES

Bell, cayenne, white, black, you name it, every kind of pepper is in here. This is all kinds of pepper. Sausage, the slightest hint of orange peel, cocoa powder, strawberries and boysenberries create a midpalate that rolls into gorgeously silky tannins. Both a delicate and geeky wine, the Cabernet Franc is a fun one to have in the arsenal.
